I got introduced to Self Development in early 2004, through a dear friend of mine, Kimiko Miyazawa who had been studying self development for many years. She gave me a cassette tape of Bob Proctor and since listening to that tape for the first time, my life has been transformed for the better.
Since then, I have been keenly exploring the field of self development and am continually looking at ways to make my life better. What particularly caught my attention was the effect that my self development was having on those around me. It is very contagious indeed. Once people started noticing positive changes in me, they got more and more intrigued about my personal growth as I was having a positive impact on their lives.
A few years after being introduced to self development, a close friend of mine, Siba Abdelki suggested that I explore teaching these marvellous concepts and ideas to others, since I had helped her in some areas of her life. Hence, my journey into self development became more meaningful as I embarked upon sharing self development with other people, while consistently applying it to my own life.
I have invested hours upon hours of research and study into the field of self development and have shared my insights with people who were willing to make a positive difference to their lives. As self development is a continuous process, I keep referring to written resources, audio visual resources and also directly interacting with experts in the field to enable me to learn more and more. Reading self development books and listening to audio resources on a daily basis has become part of my life.
A select group of friends who share a common bond with me, namely self development, share their knowledge and insight with me, as we develop together. I have found that the more I share information with others who are involved with self development, the more they share their information with me, and we keep broadening our knowledge together.
I completed my formal education in Life Coaching at The Coaching Institute in Melbourne when I attained my Certificate IV in Life Coaching. It was an amazing journey, meeting new life coaches and learning from some of the best life coaches in Australia.
Next was my formal qualification in Executive Coaching, which I completed at the Rescue Institute in Colorado, America.
I am a permanent student at the “Institute of Self Education” as I continue to self educate myself in the vast ocean of knowledge in the self development field.
I am now very honoured to have renowned Australian experts in this field as my friends and mentors in self development, namely Keith Ready, Warren Henningsen, "Lucky" Phil Evans. Keith, Warren, and Phil have personally shared their in-depth knowledge of self development with me and I will be forever grateful to them.
My background as a Financial Planner has given me a deep insight on how to deal with people, their concerns, their goals and objectives.
I am fully committed to making a positive to anyone’s life, who is willing to let me guide them in their self development journey. I truly believe that we are all pursing a common goal of achieving growth and development, so I would be privileged to make a positive contribution to your life.
Yours in Higher Inspiration,
R. Prasad
